Please review these Terms of Sale before placing an order with Sturgis Guns. By placing an order, submitting a bid, or completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Important Firearm Purchase Notice
All firearm sales are final. Firearms requiring shipment will only be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the firearm is legal to own and receive in the buyer’s state, county, city, and other applicable jurisdiction before purchasing.
Final Sale & Inspection
All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm has been transferred to the buyer by the receiving FFL, Sturgis Guns cannot accept the firearm for return or exchange.
Buyers should carefully inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer. If there is an issue with the firearm, contact Sturgis Guns before accepting the transfer so the matter can be reviewed.
Firearm Shipping & Transfers
Firearms will only be shipped to a valid, appropriately licensed FFL dealer where required by law. Firearms will not be shipped directly to the buyer unless the transaction is specifically permitted by applicable law.
The buyer is responsible for selecting a receiving FFL and for any transfer fees, background-check fees, or other charges imposed by the receiving dealer.
Legal Eligibility
The buyer is solely responsible for determining whether an item may be legally purchased, owned, possessed, received, or used in the buyer’s jurisdiction.
By placing an order, the buyer represents that they are legally eligible to purchase and possess the item ordered and are not prohibited from doing so under applicable federal, state, or local law.
Approval Is Required
Completion of a purchase does not guarantee that a firearm will be transferred to the buyer. The buyer must satisfy all applicable identification, ATF Form 4473, background-check, waiting-period, and transfer requirements before taking possession.
Sturgis Guns is not responsible for a buyer’s inability to pass a required background check or otherwise lawfully take possession of a firearm.
Cancellations & Fees
Orders begin processing promptly after they are placed. Requests to cancel an order are not guaranteed and must be approved by Sturgis Guns.
Approved cancellations, refused shipments, returned shipments, or other orders that cannot be completed may be subject to applicable processing, restocking, shipping, transfer, or other fees. Original shipping charges may be non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
Return eligibility for non-firearm merchandise is governed by the Sturgis Guns Shipping & Returns Policy. Items must meet the applicable return conditions before a refund or exchange will be approved.
Certain items may be final sale or otherwise ineligible for return due to their condition, category, use, safety considerations, or applicable law.
Ammunition Purchases
Buyers are responsible for confirming that ammunition may be legally purchased, shipped to, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction. Age, identification, shipping, and other restrictions may apply.
Ammunition orders may be restricted or cancelled when Sturgis Guns cannot lawfully complete the shipment or when required information has not been provided.
Pricing & Availability
Product availability, specifications, descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change. Sturgis Guns reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, or listing errors and to cancel or refund an affected order when necessary.
An order confirmation does not constitute a guarantee of inventory availability or acceptance of an order that cannot legally or accurately be fulfilled.
Refusal or Cancellation of a Transaction
Sturgis Guns reserves the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or decline a transaction when required by law, when required information or documentation is unavailable, when an FFL cannot be verified, when an item cannot legally be transferred or shipped, or when Sturgis Guns reasonably determines that completing the transaction would violate applicable law or company policy.
Nothing in these Terms of Sale overrides applicable federal, state, or local law. Where a legal requirement differs from these terms, the applicable legal requirement controls.

By placing an order, submitting a bid, or purchasing an item from Sturgis Guns, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms of Sale and any applicable Shipping & Returns, transfer, and store policies.
